The new Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Chapel was dedicated on the campus of Holy Apostles College and Seminary in Cromwell on Sept. 8 with a solemn Mass of Dedication of a Church and an Altar. Bishop Michael R. Cote of Norwich, chancellor, was the principal celebrant of the Mass, and Archbishop Henry J. Mansell of Hartford presided.
