About 1,000 young people from some 40 parishes in the Archdiocese of Hartford gathered on Sept. 30 in Bloomfield for the annual Catholic Youth Spectacular, a day of fun, prayer and food. Held on the grounds of the Archdiocesan Center at St. Thomas Seminary, it had the theme "Sacraments: God's Enduring Treasurers, Celebrations of Grace."
